A flow state is created by a series of aligned actions, again and again until momentum is generated.  Eventually universal forces join with an energetic match until you are pulled along by the merged energies. Kind of like catching a wave: it requires effort, intention and direction at the start and then a point comes when you are moving energetically together.

Flow state is a conscious state.  Its experiential rather than intellectual.

It can be experienced while on a specific task or one’s whole life can drop into a flow state where there is a dance with the universe and synchronicity is commonplace.
