The Sacred art of Groove is a unique fusion, weaving my studio artwork into fully immersive light projections, and guiding you to merge seamlessly with the rich and the real within you…. and let it out as dance.

Drawing on my background in free-form dance, and training in Somatic Yin and Embodied Energetics, I bring you dance in its most wholesome delivery – a chance to step into your full sovereignty, where your vibrancy, creativity, and connection is back at the helm.

I’m returning dance to a place that is sacred, tasteful, and bloody fun.
