At a certain time of year a divine moment in nature can be witnessed on the Ningaloo coast. The mass hatchings of sea turtles.
Breaking out of their round egg and orienting themselves with the brightest lights: the moon or a setting sun, these little guys make their bold transition to the sea. At the same time mumma turtles can still be seen washing up on beaches to lay. The same beaches they were born.
What I find most awe inspiring is their innate compass and connection to the earth, water and sky. Their connection to the Earth as part of the cosmos that orients, guides and nurtures them.
